Payments
• Accepted methods: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB (domestic only), PayPal, Convenience Store Payment (Japan only)
• PayPal Express Checkout does not require registration
• Orders are valid upon confirmation of payment and dispatch
• Domestic orders are subject to 10% consumption tax
• International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, payable by the customer
Pricing
The Company reserves the right to amend prices. In case of errors, customers will be notified before dispatch.
Shipping
• Shipping costs are not included in product prices. Additional charges may apply.
• Domestic orders are shipped via Japan Post. International orders are handed to local carriers after customs clearance.
• The Company is not responsible for delays, including customs delays.
Order Modification and Cancellation
• Requests must be made immediately by email.
• Orders for “Release Products” cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Returns and Exchanges
• In-store: within 7 days. Online: within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns require prior authorization.
• Refunds are generally not available. In cases of defective products or Company errors, refunds may be considered.
• In all other cases, exchanges or store credit will be offered.
• The Company is not responsible for loss or damage of returns in transit.
Lost, Damaged, or Returned Items
• The Company is not liable for lost or damaged items after shipment, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
• Returned packages marked “Refused,” “Unclaimed,” or similar may be reshipped at customer expense.
Unreachable customers may be deemed to have abandoned the order.
Address Change
Address changes can be made only before shipment. Re-routing is not possible after dispatch.
Use of Cookies
