Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We do not accept returns or refunds after the product has been shipped.
Exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective products.
Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

Return Period

Please contact us within 7 days of shipment if you wish to return an item.

Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
