Shipping Information
We do our best to ensure that your package is delivered as scheduled, but delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Once the package is shipped, we have no control over the time it takes to arrive.
We are not responsible for delays caused by international customs procedures.
By placing an order, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed.
All domestic orders are shipped via Yamato Transport.
For international orders, once the package clears customs, it will be handed over to the local courier for final delivery.
In many cases, more detailed tracking information can be obtained by checking the tracking number on your local courier’s website (e.g., USPS, China Post, UK Post, etc.).
A signature may be required upon delivery.
If an authorized recipient is not available to sign, the local courier may attempt redelivery or make the package available for pickup at a local facility.
Once a tracking number has been provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and arrange for redelivery or pickup as necessary with the local courier.
Address Changes
If a customer requests that their order be shipped to an address other than the one registered with their credit card,
Blueberry Inc. may request additional information to verify the validity of the order.
If this information is not provided, Blueberry Inc. reserves the right to ship only to the billing address.
If the order has already been packed and handed over to the shipping team,
Blueberry Inc. cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
We also cannot reroute packages after they have been shipped.
